Zeynep escapes from the mental hospital where she was confined by those trying to seize her inheritance. The young woman, who has been in an accident on the road, is found unconscious by Tarık. Meanwhile, everyone who hears about the reward on her head is after Zeynep. The young woman cannot trust anyone but Tarık, who is helping her.
